Southern Peach Smash Cocktail Recipe

1. COMBINE INGREDIENTS
In the bottom of a rocks glass, gently muddle 2-3 fresh mint leaves with a small peach slice

Fill glass with ice

3. SHAKE
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine Maker's Mark bourbon, Peachtree schnapps, and fresh lemon juice, Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds

4. STRAIN
Strain over the muddled fruit and mint

5. GARNISH
Top with soda water and stir gently, Garnish with an additional peach slice and fresh mint sprig
