COMBINE INGREDIENTS
Add bourbon, Peachtree schnapps, and bitters to a mixing glass with ice, Stir until well-chilled (20-30 seconds)

Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass, Taste and add simple syrup if desired for additional sweetness
