COMBINE INGREDIENTS
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Jim Beam bourbon, Peachtree schnapps, and fresh lemon juice

SHAKE
Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled

Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice

Top with soda water and stir gently once to integrate, Garnish with a fresh peach slice,lemon slice,and/or mint leaves
